Staff work above and beyond of what could be expected of them.
Always have time to do things, answer questions even if they are pushed for time from the cleaners to the doctors.
What could be improved? Just major cash injections for the upkeep of facilities and staff well being.

Attentiveness was very good.
Communication about procedure e.t.c could be better but it must be very difficult to know exactly when interventions will take place.
All the staff are professional, compassionate and very helpful.

The only improvement is the food trolley could vary it's routes. So different aged are last and are getting free selection.

Staff very willing.
Very noisy at night, but night be because near staff desk, and also basking into things. Though "washing" machine was on late at night, but was told it was the? Machinator.
